Mike Gravel interview with George Stephanopoulos

This is a great interview where Gravel's heroic performances as senator in Alaska are highlighted. This is a man that ended the draft and brought an end to the Iraq war. He is a true leader who deserves your respect and your support. Do you want politics as usual or do you want a monumental change in this country?

You can't vote in the polls that the country is headed the same way and keep heading that same way, you have to change course entirely: Mike Gravel is the answer.

When speaking of Gravel's heroic struggle to end the Vietnam War Stephanopoulos said that many democrats felt that was why they were unable to win the presidency in the following election. Read Gravel's response: "What's more important? Getting office? Or doing the moral thing and stop people from dying? I'll tell you, if that's the sacrifice we've got to pay to stop these people from dying and killing these Iraqis, I'll pay that sacrifice every day of the week."
